Project Overview

The project included renovating an existing conference room into three smaller meeting spaces in partnership with Tesla’s mechanical and electrical subcontractors. Additionally, a new parking lot was constructed on the east side of the building to improve accessibility and accommodate increased usage. The parking lot was challenging due to working around potentially contaminated soil and unknown underground structures. The Montante team worked closely with Tesla and the design team to minimize cost and schedule impacted whenever unknown contamination or structures were found.
