Phase 1 | Kickoff

We believe that the way to constantly stay ahead is to address and eliminate potential obstacles early. Our proposals include due diligence on all the things that may derail projects further down the road, including 3rd party evaluations, environmental assessments, utility checks, municipal permits, etc. Our process relies on thoughtful, thorough planning to enable smooth, expedient execution.

We frontload our planning to ensure we’re prepared for every project we’re awarded. We do detailed drawing and site reviews before suggesting timelines and costs.

You’ll notice this from the beginning, with our meticulous proposals and a strong commitment to realistic budgets and timelines. We’ll continue refining our approach until we’re confident we’ve anticipated every challenge and developed a reliable plan of action. We do the hard work off the field to clear a path to success.

Our on-site presence and commitment to keeping key players and leaders in the field throughout construction means we provide oversight, accountability, and communication that always wins the day. Progress tracking and reporting combined with proactive communication means you’ll always be informed. We keep our leaders on site so we can keep your project on track.
Ongoing Safety Monitoring
Safety is always a priority, and we demand vigilant safety protocols on every job site. Our project leaders are required to maintain OSHA 10 or 30 safety training and adhere to our detailed safety manuals.
Proactive Communication
We tailor our communication structure and style to your preferences. From meeting schedule to stakeholder involvement, we’ll call, email or schedule meetings that satisfy your communication needs.
On-Site Leaders
You won’t find our project managers and supervisors sitting at a computer all day. We keep them on-site, managing teams, overseeing progress, and preventing small issues from becoming major delays.
Daily Reports
Our team documents daily progress, and that progress is compiled and sent out daily. We keep a finger on the pulse of every project, and we want you to stay as informed and involved as you like.
Phase 4 | Close Out
Successful Turnover
We’re keenly aware that construction is only the first step of your successful project. Once we’ve put down the hammers and paintbrushes, we check and recheck our punch lists and yours. We do walkthroughs with stakeholders. We compile necessary manuals and documentation. Then, we turn it over to you to truly bring your project to life and maintain the hard work we did together.
Detailed Checklist
Before we send our team home, we go through a completion checklist to make sure we’ve dotted the i's and crossed the t’s. Because of our detailed planning, this is usually a pretty easy step!
Detailed Walkthrough
A project isn’t complete until you say it is. When the last nail has been hammered and the drills are put away, we do a walkthrough with you and your team to make sure everything is completed as promised.
Owner Training
It’s critical that you and facility operators understand how to maintain your new space. From HVAC equipment to water and electrical systems, we make sure you’re the experts in your own facility.
Facility Turnover
Once our job is done, it’s your turn! We’ll turn over O&M manuals and make sure you’re confident that the facility meets your needs. We all worked hard - now it’s time to put it all together.
