In 2016, Montante Construction undertook a 25,000 SF expansion for Sealing Devices’ manufacturing facility in Lancaster, NY. Founded in 1963, Sealing Devices produces gaskets, O-rings, and seals for industries such as water treatment, aerospace, and automotive.

Project Overview
This project included stormwater management improvements with the addition of a large pond at the front of the facility. Additionally, in 2018, our team designed and constructed a new façade to better unify Sealing Devices' headquarters by completing an exterior makeover of one of their ancillary buildings.
