Project Overview

Montante Construction, with expertise in pharmacy buildouts and clean room construction, proposed a 25,000-square-foot office, lab, and warehouse at Riverview Solar Technology Park in Tonawanda, NY. Once completed, the facility featured ten ISO 5 and ISO 8 clean rooms along with a rooftop solar array.
Montante Construction partnered closely with Pine Pharmaceuticals throughout the design phase, offering advice and value engineering. In 2021, a 50,000-square-foot addition was completed, featuring a structural steel building and finished with exterior masonry wainscot.

A new facility was paramount as our current facility was operating at capacity. The Montante team offered an ideal location and had the unique expertise needed to successfully handle construction management services.
