Pine Pharmaceuticals, one of the nation’s leading manufacturers of custom-designed pharmaceuticals, was operating at capacity in its existing facility. They were looking to develop and construct a new building to accommodate both its current needs and allow for future growth.
Project Overview
TM Montante Development and Montante Construction tapped into their expertise in pharmacy build outs and clean room construction to provide a proposal for Pine Pharmaceutical’s project. This included the development and construction of a state-of-the-art 25,000 square foot office, lab, and warehouse facility at Riverview Solar Technology Park in Tonawanda, NY. The facility included several clean rooms and warehouse space, which enabled the company to significantly expand its operations.
Montante Construction was present throughout the entire design phase, acting as a partner to Pine Pharmaceuticals, to offer advice and value engineering options every step of the way. Ultimately, it included 10 clean rooms with ratings of ISO 5 and ISO 8, and a roof-top solar array to offset power usage.
