Project Overview

In 2017, Montante Construction was hired as General Contractors to build an affordable housing option for people aged 55 years and older. At 38,400 SF with 37 apartment units, and three stories tall, our team worked closely with People Inc. and project partners during site selection and design to ensure we had community support and retained the architectural character of the historic neighborhood.

Working together over the past year, we are grateful to have the support of community groups and many important partners to provide an affordable housing opportunity in the City.
