Project Overview

The scope of work included constructing a concrete pad for a guard shack and performing comprehensive façade repairs to restore and upgrade the building’s exterior.
Interior updates featured new paint and carpeting to modernize spaces, as well as wall reconstruction to create additional office areas. Upgrades to the electrical and data systems were completed to support increased staffing needs.

Additionally, a new vestibule was installed at the top floor parking ramp, enclosing the garage to enhance accessibility and security.
