Project Overview

The project involved renovating a 2,020-square-foot cafeteria, where we installed new cabinetry, solid surface countertops, and constructed a separation wall with a built-in fireplace. Our team also modified existing poles, installed hospital-grade outlets, and upgraded the lighting system to LED pendant lights.

In addition, Montante Construction made exhaust modifications to the GI Processing rooms, which included removing and reinstalling ACT ceilings for new mechanical work, adding gypsum board, sound insulation, a new exhaust fan, diffusers, and registers.

Lastly, our team renovated a 245-square-foot nuclear medicine camera room, installing new flooring along with HVAC and electrical upgrades.
