Heart, Love, and Soul is a non-profit social services agency in Niagara Falls, NY. In 2019, Montante Construction undertook the Daybreak Project, which included selective demolition and renovation of three buildings, transforming them into a single, cohesive space.

Project Overview
The project featured a gathering area, central courtyard, laundry center, quiet room, shower rooms, kitchen and pantry, rotating services, conference room, computer room, and offices. A major goal was to create a welcoming, sunlit interior. Due to the existing buildings’ zero lot lines, this was achieved through clerestory and skylight systems. Throughout construction, our team worked to provide cost-saving solutions despite structural challenges.
