Project Overview

Built by Montante Construction, this state-of-the-art building features advanced solar architecture and other sustainability technologies, including low-flow water fixtures and bio beds for stormwater management.

In 2022, the existing space was further renovated to create a new internal mailroom that provided additional space for the facility’s Xerox printing machines.
