Project Overview
Key exterior updates included applying a durable GacoFlex waterproof coating to the roof deck and installing walk-off mats to improve safety and functionality. The stairway landings were also cleaned, primed, and treated for enhanced durability.
Inside, the center ceiling was replaced, painted, and outfitted with reinstalled spotlights and speakers. Modifications were made for the ductwork installation and masonry cuts were reinforced with bracing and brickwork to maintain structural integrity and meet safety requirements.
