Project Overview
The bathrooms were converted to meet ADA standards, requiring plumbing reconfigurations and updated finishes, Simultaneously, the building received new flooring, ceiling tiles, painting, and floor leveling.
Other significant renovations included the construction of a new financial counseling center, food pantry, wellness center, pharmacy, and IT suite, along with the replacement of 224 windows, new sidewalks, and balcony installations on this historic landmark building. Despite ongoing medical operations, Montante Construction utilized an aggressive, multi-phased plan to ensure Evergreen Health remained fully operational, with precise coordination of temporary setups and phased closures to maintain safety and efficiency.
