Project Overview

Evergreen Health renovation projects included a new financial counseling center, a new food pantry, wellness center updates, OASIS center updates, a newly renovated pharmacy, replacing windows throughout the entire building, new concrete sidewalks, balcony installation on a historically significant landmark status building, reconstruction of the IT department, and renovation of eight restrooms up to ADA standards.

Montante Construction had to complete all renovations through multi-faceted, aggressive phasing plans to allow Evergreen to remain open and active throughout the project. Every move was carefully coordinated and as one area closed for construction, other areas had to re-open and accommodate temporary setups. Precise coordination was necessary to safely complete the work, remain on schedule, and to keep Evergreen Health fully operational during construction.
