Project Overview

The project was completed in two phases, which included demolishing two buildings on Milens Road and constructing a new facility with approximately 92,000 square feet of warehouse space and an 18,000-square-foot, two-story office. The warehouse features support service areas, fleet maintenance, cooler services, and rework/recycling. The project also involved complete site reconstruction and multiple utility upgrades.
