Project Overview

The facility includes over 500 parking spaces for cars and vans, tractor-trailer delivery areas, six queuing lanes for van loading, and an emergency vehicle bypass lane. We navigated challenges such as integrating these elements with sensitivity due to the wetlands on the site, by creating effective stormwater management areas despite a tight construction timeline.
In 2023, Montante Construction installed over 300 electric vehicle chargers for Amazon’s new electric delivery vans, complementing the rooftop solar array completed by Montante Solar.
