Project Overview

The project involved the renovation of a 143,000-square-foot warehouse into a fully functional delivery station, supporting Amazon’s last-mile fulfillment process in the Massachusetts market. The scope included interior and exterior upgrades, office and warehouse space, and a dedicated interior van queuing area for efficient loading. The site also features large driveways and parking areas to accommodate tractor-trailer deliveries.

As a market refurbishment, the project presented challenges, including unforeseen site conditions, COVID-related material procurement delays, and a very aggresive schedule. Despite these obstacles and constraints, Montante Construction successfully delivered the project on time and within budget.
