Project Overview

Our team executed this project, utilizing a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) for the shell and roof. This approach provided a cost-effective and customizable alternative to traditional construction methods, saving both time and money. To maximize the building’s height, a breakroom was added above the restroom and office area. Montante Construction utilized heavy structural metal framing with a lightweight deck to minimize cost and load. Additionally, a new sewer connection and lift pump were installed to ensure proper restroom functionality.
