A Mid-Century Modern Mixed-Use Building Located at the Vibrant Gates Circle

Project Overview

In 2017, TM Montante Development purchased this 50,000-square-foot building originally built in 1956. In collaboration with Montante Construction, our team redeveloped the property from a medical office facility into a mixed-use building. It features Class A commercial office space and 33 one- and two-bedroom residential units. Further buildouts to 1275 took place in 2023 at the garden level to include space for a therapist office which complements the established restaurant and Pilates Studio found on the first floor. This work further highlights the scope of work Montante Construction offers from historic adaptative reuse restoration to commercial remodels.
