Tom Wheeler serves as Project Executive at Montante Construction, providing strategic leadership and technical oversight across all phases of construction projects. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Tom has built a reputation for delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget, while fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, and local officials.

Since joining Montante Construction, Tom has led some of the company’s most high-profile projects, including its first two Amazon facilities in Tonawanda and Syracuse, as well as the ongoing IMA Life project.

Over the course of his career, Tom has successfully managed over $280 million in construction projects throughout Western New York and along the East Coast. His consistent performance, commitment to excellence, and ability to mentor emerging project teams as the company grows make him an essential leader within the Montante Construction team.
