Carmen Reale leads the company’s financial operations with a focus on strategic budgeting, P&L management, and high-level financial transactions. Carmen oversees all insurance and bonding management aspects, ensuring the company maintains robust risk mitigation practices while enabling growth. Working closely with project managers, Carmen ensures projects remain on budget and aligned with financial goals, delivering exceptional value to clients.

He also fosters strong relationship with vendors and customers, streamlining invoicing and payment processes to keep operations running smoothly. With over a decade of experience managing complex financial operations in the construction & energy sectors, Carmen brings precision, insight, and dedication to his role, driving Montante Construction’s financial success and operational excellence.

Carmen earned a degree in Accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology and began his career at Dresser-Rand in the Financial Management Acceleration Program. He later worked at Ingersoll Rand before joining Montante Group in 2020.
