Andy Kubiak

Andrew Kubiak is a General Superintendent with a proven track record of overseeing complex construction projects from initiation to completion. With expertise in heavy industrial foundations, structural demolition, bridge construction, high-rise concrete buildings, and major infrastructure projects, he plays a critical role in ensuring project efficiency, workforce management, safety compliance, and quality control.
Throughout his career, Andy has managed multimillion-dollar projects for leading companies and institutions, including Ford Motor Company, General Motors, American Brass, Amazon, General Mills, and the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission. He has extensive experience in crew scheduling, equipment management, procurement, OSHA compliance, estimating, and coordinating site workflows with project managers, architects, and inspectors.
Andy is committed to community service. He has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, the Erie County SWAT Training Center, the Boy Scouts of America, and veterans' housing initiatives. He is also a former firefighter and first responder, contributing his skills to public safety and emergency response efforts.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil & construction technology from Erie Community College.
