Project Overview

In partnership with Tedesco Construction Services, Montante Construction completed a 13,000-square-foot Varco Pruden pre-engineered metal building (PEMB). The structure was designed to support over 350 tons of cable tray and pipe loads and featured a robust ventilation system, including fourteen roof exhaust fans and a full wall of louvers. A key design challenge was creating a removable exterior wall to allow for future equipment maintenance.
